Dead Like Disco

Saw Bloc Party last night with some girlfriends. Was an awesome time and just what I needed after a long week. Took about 30 minutes for my hearing to totally come back, but totally worth the 2 encores they did.

Newest additions to my ever growing collection. This is actually round 2 within a week. I just forgot to take a picture of the others.

Ended up seeing Phoenix at the House of Blues tonight thanks to a friend. Felt bad that she didn’t feel well, but at least the tickets didn’t go to waste.

They were great live. In fact I think I like them a little more now. Got to respect those who can actually play their music live. Great light work as well.

Maybe more pictures later. This was like the one picture I took. Hah.

I just wanted to apologies for a lack of posting lately. I’m going to work on getting back into the follow of things and post more.

Been adjusting to life as a freelancer. Not sure how long I’ll be doing the freelance thing for but it works for now with being a temp for my old job, doing a magazine, and a possible logo design coming up.

Just need to start a personal project while I still have this freedom.

Here’s a recap of some pictures of our road trip. There isn’t much going on in the middle states of America. Fields of nothingness, and then fields of cows pretty much sums up our drive from west to east. The only state we drove through that’d we’d like to go back to is Southern Louisiana. It’s interesting there, with it’s mix of cultures and southern charm… and food. Super tasty, awesome food.
